On-Line Appointment Guidelines
  • New extended service hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday
  • Vehicles can be dropped off as early as 6:30 AM, but must be picked no later than 5:00 PM unless other arrangements have been made
  • Appointments must be made at least 2 business days in advance
  • Your appointment must be confirmed by us via E-Mail
  • Plan to leave your vehicle with us for the day
  • If the service procedure will take longer than 1 day, you will be notified of this when we confirm your appointment
  • If you do not receive verification of your appointment within 48 hours, please give us a call at 617 782-1075
We are convienently located along several MBTA transit routes.
Bus Route #66 – Harvard Square to Dudley Station
Bus Route #57 – Watertown to Kenmore Square
We are also just down the street from the Green line “C” Branch running from Boston College to Government Center with stops in between.
