PRIVACY STATEMENT
Suspension Specialists, Inc. will never give, rent, lend,
or otherwise divulge your e-mail address or name to any third party -- not now, or ever.
When you request a quotation, place an order, or simply send us an E-Mail regardless of it content, you can rest assured
that your name will not get added to a mailing list... including ours.
We do maintain a Subscribers mailing list, which is opt-in, meaning you must specifically request that your name be added to our list.
In order for you to opt-in to this list, you must go to our Request a Subscription page.
This list is compiled and maintained by Suspension Specialists for the sole purpose of creating
a subscription list for visitors of this site who have requested that they be included on this list.
Subscribers to this list will receive from time to time a Newsletter which may include technical information,
product and service notices and other information relating to vehicle brake and suspension systems.
Please note that E-Mail is never sent unsolicited! Our readership is 100% subscriber/opt-in.
You can be assured that we will never make your e-mail address available to anyone for any reason!

ORDER PROCESSING
To place an order, choose one of the following methods:
- Enter your order directly from our website.
We provide secure SSL session to protect your privacy including credit card information.
- Or Fax your order to 1-617-782-5667 anytime.
Print the Fax Order Form,
and simply fill out the form using information supplied from our quotation.
- Or Mail your order using our Mail Order Form

SALES TAX
Currently, only Massachusetts state residents are subject to 5% sales tax collected by Suspension Specialists.

BACK ORDERS
We backorder "Out-of-Stock" or "Special Order" merchandise whenever possible unless you
specify that you do not want an item backordered. The quotation that you
had received from us will indicate that a particular product is a "SPECIAL ORDER" item.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Suspension Specialists accepts Master Card, Discover Card and Visa Card as payment on
orders to anywhere in the United States. When using your credit card, please
provide your credit card billing address if different from the
shipping address and daytime/nighttime phone numbers. If the billing
address does not match that which is on file at the financial
institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we
reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot
work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must
settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is
resolved.
MONEY ORDERS
The money order must be in U.S. funds.
Please make sure your name and phone number is on the money order. We will
ship the products as soon as we receive the money order. We do not ship orders until we receive payment.
PERSONAL CHECKS
- The check must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
- A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks.
- No "starter" checks will be accepted. Your name must be pre-printed on the check.
- Your physical address and telephone number must also be pre-printed or hand written onto the check.
No P.O. Box addresses accepted.
- If we are unable to get an immediate approval from our Guarantee service,
we reserve the right to decline the order or deposit the check and wait 7 - 10 days
to give it adequate time to clear before shipping the order.
PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept purchase orders from established commercial accounts.
We also accept most institutional purchase orders (military, government,
schools and universities). You can either FAX or mail your P.O.;
however, if you are faxing your P.O., we require that you also mail us
the original. The purchase must contain complete billing and shipping instructions.
It must also contain a contact name and phone number.
C.O.D. ORDERS
C.O.D. payment is not currently available. Pre-payment by credit card, money order or check is required.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship most orders within 1 business day.
- Orders are shipped by UPS Ground
in most cases. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid
street address with your order.
- Other shipping methods are available such as UPS Next-Day or Two-Day delivery.
You pay actual shipping costs for these methods which is based on the weight
and destination.By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge
you for this service. Please be aware that orders received after 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will usually
go out the following business day.
- UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when
estimating your expected delivery date.
- There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you have
specified a One, Two, or Three Day delivery and the order is received after 2 PM EST,
it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day.
- We only ship orders to addresses within the U.S. to areas which are serviced
by United Parcel Service.
Please double check the information that you have supplied on the order form prior to submitting your order.
Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered.
If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number,
this could delay delivery of your order.

CHANGES TO RECENTLY PLACED ORDERS
If you have placed an order with Suspension Specialists recently and need
some information about it or would like to change it in some way,
there are several ways you may contact us.
Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it,
modifications may not always be possible. We will however do all that we can in order
to assure your complete satisfaction.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Product warranties vary greatly from manufacturer to manufacturer, copies of which are available upon request.
If you would like to request warranty information for a specific product, please supply us with the manufacturers name and specific product type.
Please note that in some cases, use of a product on a vehicle for purposes such as "Off Road, Competition Racing, Commercial Vehicles, Emergency Vehicles
or use of the product for purposes for which it was not intended may diminish or void the warranty.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
NEW RETURNS
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Suspension Specialists
within 30 days of receipt providing:
- The merchandise is in new and unused condition.
- The merchandise is in its original packaging.
- The merchandise has not been altered or modified in any way.
Parts or components that have been installed or show signs of attempted installation,
modified, damaged or torn boxes are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise.
We will not accept merchandise for return that was:
- Custom manufactured to your specifications.
- U-bolts, individual leafs, custom altered products.
- Special ordered items
- Returned to us without a Return Authorization.
Prior to returning merchandise for credit, you must contact Suspension Specialists to request
a "Return Authorization Number". The return authorization number must be clearly printed
on the shipping label. Merchandise returned to Suspension Specialists without a "Return Authorization
Number" will be refused. Merchandise returned to Suspension Specialists must be shipped freight
"Prepaid".
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, after inspection, Suspension Specialists will issue a credit,
less original shipping charges.
All returns are subject to a 10% handling charge.
No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturers
warranty (a copy of which can be obtained upon customer request) and
Suspension Specialists will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine
that a product is detective before using it, we may be able to accept
it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you call our
Parts Department ( 1-617-782-1075 ) before taking any action.
DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in
shipping. If upon inspection of your order you find a damaged product, please call our Parts Department
( 1-617-782-1075 ) immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!
If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim with the shipper.

CREDITS
Any credit balances on your account with us can be used toward a
future order. At your request, we will issue a refund check for any
outstanding credit on your account generated by an order paid for by
check or money order. If the order was paid by credit card, we will
credit your credit card account and mail you a copy of the transaction.
